Mechanical Movement Overhaul

Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, and lubrication with correct oil grades. Positional regulation, careful reassembly, and a written timing record covering several positions. Suitable for long-loved pieces you intend to wear for many more years.

Vintage Dial Restoration

Hand-finished work for dials affected by age, moisture, or oxidation. Where original character matters, conservation is favoured over full rework. Progress photographs are returned so you can see each stage of the work.

No. The first step is always a written condition report. We share our findings and the proposed scope with you, and work only proceeds once you have agreed in writing. There is no obligation at the assessment stage.

How long does a mechanical movement overhaul take?

Most overhauls are completed within four to eight weeks, depending on the movement's condition and whether any components require sourcing. We communicate a realistic timeline once the assessment is complete and keep you informed of progress.
